  • click Pick Window Face command button of “LSS Chronolux Toolbar”

Tool Operation

  1. Click on face, that defines window opening.
  2. Move the pointer to the position, where new test point has to be created.
  3. Click to place new test point.
  4. Confirm entered point position to perform window opening testing.

Modifier Keys

  • Ctrl (Option) = switch “Express calculation mode” state (On/Off)
  • Esc = finish tool session

Note

The tool does not display the test grid on a face, which defines window opening, if it is too dense. It is possible to adjust test grid density by calling “Global Settings” command and modifying '“Check step size” window' value (smaller step size means greater test grid density).
The tool places circles, which represent sun position at certain moment of time, on window face. Each circle is a group and its name equals to a time corresponding to sun position. Note, that it is possible to create a leader, which shows group name.
