Die Circuit Design Suite 11.0 unterstützt Windows XP (32 Bit), Windows Vista/7 (32 und 64 Bit), Windows Server 2003 R2 (32 Bit) und Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 Bit). Die Circuit Design Suite 11.0 läuft nicht unter Windows NT/Me/98/95/2000, Windows XP x64 oder anderen Windows-Server-Versionen als R2.
National Instruments unternimmt alle Anstrengungen, den technologischen Neuerungen von Microsoft Windows zu folgen. Allerdings wurden zahlreiche potentielle Probleme mit Software von National Instruments unter Windows 7 entdeckt. Die Version 11.0 und die Version 10.1.1 der Circuit Design Suite können zusammen auf demselben Computer genutzt werden.
